The Brick
A weekly news sheet. The paper draws its name from the college's brick structure. Brick was used to keep the cost down and to make attending Oxford affordable. A fairly noble idea from the founder. Today the intake is still very varied. The publication is light and gossipy mostly.

There is a new, specially constructed bar on the college site. It is in a space age style glass structure that doesn't really fit with the rest of the college. It is however well designed and pretty big. The clientele is as relaxed as the atmosphere.
There is something going on every week, whether on site or not. There are three or four evening functions per term. Given the quality venue these are usually good fun.
Big social events are pretty rare, occurring only once every two years.

There is plenty of pleasant accommodation available as Keble sucks up to the conference trade. You never forget where the money comes from to pay for your education! Most undergrads can live in college. Meals are paid for on a swipe card system which you load up in advance. Formal meals are just about every day.

See main university guide for main info. The college is one of the newer ones and thus not too bad for access. The recently built section is fine.

Sports facilities are not far away and easily walkable. They are pretty comprehensive.

The college library has a decent collection and there don't seem to be too many complaints. The University's main Bodleian library is round the corner anyway.
25 machines, all with 24hr access. Given that Keble is one of Oxford's largest colleges this isn't really enough. Fortunately most rooms have network connections so you can bring your own machine. Got to have one though! If you're tight on cash check the local paper, it really is worth bringing a computer, even if it's a crappy old one as dissertation time brings higher demand.
There is a nurse and a doctor to look after you. Other counselling is not difficult to find, both at college and at the main students' union.
