- Accommodation Details:
- Accommodation is provided on site for most students. There are two other halls sites not far away. These contrast starkly to the ancient college buildings as they are ultra-modern and pretty plush. Food is served on a swipe card credit system. Just like most colleges, there are formal meals every day. Some first years will end up sharing accommodation.
|
- Libraries:
- The library isn't huge with just 36 000 texts. Doesn't really matter though as the university's main Bodleian library is just yards away.
|
- Computing:
- In comparison to some colleges there are stacks of computers here. The 45 machines are adequate for the numbers of students. They all have 24hr access aswell.
|
- Sports:
- There is a sports pavillion not far away with good facilities including a multi-gym. The students are pretty sporty and make the most of them.
|
- Bars:
- There is a small bar that packs out pretty quickly of an evening. Plenty of drinks promos, happy hours and quiz nights.
|
- Functions:
- There are themed functions every Friday night and a stack of randomly organised trips and events. If you have an idea, people are usually up for it. There are also live music nights featuring local and college bands.
|
- Major Social Events:
- A big annual event and the obligatory booze cruise along the Thames.

- Campus Publications:

Sheepshagger
The title of Jesus college's magazine is a reference to the perceived 'Welshness' of the college. It has historically accepted a large amount of Welsh students and there are probably more than average today, but it's not an extension of Cardiff as some people think! The subject matter is gossip and news based.
