- Bars:
- One on site bar provides a jolly and sometimes chaotic atmosphere for cheap drinking and general merriment. the bar is open from 12-2pm and 6-8.30pm and has late night opening (8.30-11pm) on Wednessday, Thursday, Friday and Saturaday. A cellar with a small bar and audio equipment is used for a number of events every term, from cheesy 80's nights to Hip Hop. It may also be hired by students.

- Functions:
- Nights are put on in the Celler bar, they tend to be quite cramped and sweaty, with cheap drinks and violent cocktails there have been many regretful mourning afters.

- Major Social Events:
- Whereas most Cambridge colleges celebrate May week with a May Ball (which actually falls in June), King's has traditionally held a "June Event" - a much more informal version of a May Ball.

- Clubs & Societies:
- A number of different societies are on offer, from the quite thoughtfulness of bridge to film making and a jazz band.
