  King's College
Libraries:
Kings library has been in continuous existence since the foundation of the college in 1441. Consquently it houses an incredible archive of records and documents, some items are very beautuiful (illuminations etc)and are certainly worth a look. Of course the library also serves the academic needs of current students with over 130000 texts.

Rowe Music library is above the main library on the second floor and is considered one of the most important college music libraries in Cambridge.

Computing:
The majority of computers can be found in the Turing Room (Networked PCs). The facilities aren't bad but most students seem to have their own.
Sports:
A fairly sparse fitness room can be found on the College premises and is open from a worm catching 7am, it closes at 9pm. There are two squash courts next to kings College school in West Road and the College sports ground is about a mile away, as is the boathouse. The College also owns five canoes-always at hand for some watery adventures.
Future Plans:
None
Disabled Students:
Are improving slowly, all the buildings are very old and have a lot more stairs than lifts.
Parking:
Very Limited car parking arrangments around the College itself.
University Shops:
There is no College shop, but there are many very near by.
University Bookshops:
This is Cambridge you will be able to find everything and anything you could possibly want!
Banking:
All major banks are only a short walk away.
Transport Policy:
None really. Most places are easily walked to, many students have bikes. There is a train station for those who want to move further a field.
Green Areas:
Fellows' Garden is available for use by all members of the College. A croquet set can be borrowed from the lodge and proves popular in the summer. Cambrige is a very beautiful and 'leafy' place with numerous green spots, plus of course the bluey/green of the river with all its serious rowing competition and punting antics.
